The camera is routinely used as a recording tool in all our work and is also valued as a medium for compiling directed studies.
Studies undertaken include - the rural vernacular of abandoned farms in Croatia, the progression of memorialisation style at Stapenhill Cemetery and symbolism in memorial stone carving.
Patina and decay, detail, and symbolism in the landscape have become recurring themes in both work and out of office context and a current interest is the recording of the english farm-scape under pressure from intensive farming practice.
